The villa "Vina" is situated on Vitet hillside, near Lorient. This modern and contemporary villa is in an exceptional condition, and is perfectly maintained. When the heavy teak gate is closed behind you, you have entered into a very private property surrounded with walls and vegetable hedges.

The villa extends over 3100 sq.metres of grounds with several buildings, all connected by decks and has a total of five bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.

The living room has a view of the deck and a heated pool which overlooks the ocean. It has a large deck with an outside dining, living and BBQ areas.
