Dunes villa is set by itself on a hill over 2.5 acres of totally unspoiled land. It overlooks the turquoise ocean looking south, and the steep tropical hills looking east. Situated within easy walking distance of the smooth white sands of Saline Beach, it offers St. Barth's most pristine access to the ocean.

The housing is spacious with stylish contemporary furniture matching the island's tropical location, long dining tables for up to 20 guests, plus the most modern electronics and Wi-Fi access. Dunes' main house features three floors including large bedrooms and living rooms, two kitchens, spacious wooden decks, two heated pools, graded terraces, an office and gym and the largest tropical garden of the island, all encompassed by elegant grey stone walls. The property also includes two guest villas 300 feet down the hill.

The villa's main floor features a master bedroom, a large living room and two fully equipped kitchens; one air-conditioned and the other open on the dining area with a high bar. The two swimming pools are within the outdoors deck: one lap pool for the exercise-oriented, and one "family" pool with graded access.

The top floor offers one master bedroom, with a sweeping view of the ocean, the pools and the terraces. The two other bedrooms, one on each side of the master, offer their own enviable features: one has private access to a deck offering ocean views, and the other offers a grand view of the saline pond and the hills beyond.

The two guest villas offer separate accommodations for guests or private staff. The first guest house features a large outside living room as well as a fully equipped kitchen and a large bedroom with adjacent bathroom. The second guesthouse offers a covered terrace opening onto the tropical garden, plus bedroom and bathroom.
