Avalon is a contemporary villa ideally nested on the heights of the Gouverneur area. The villa is just a two minute drive from the beautiful Gouverneur Beach as well as the city of Gustavia. Avalon is located at the end of a driveway, and is surrounded by new, contemporary villas.

The villa has a magnificent view of the ocean, the sunset and the surrounding hills. A spacious, open living room is oriented facing the sunny deck and the pool.

The villa offers a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Two bedrooms are located on the pool side with an ocean view, and two are on the garden side.
